Gabrielino Trail w/ the Run With Us Sunday Trail Squad, January 2, 2022

The Run With Us trail run crew knows how to crush a Sunday every time. Things started pretty chilly and I didn’t plan on going quite so long, but more mileage has a way of encouraging more mileage, and I had a blast with great company and lots of river-crossings. Many thanks to this amazing community, you bring amazing energy to the scene and I’m looking forward to running together again very soon.

Putting down over 30 miles and 7,800 feet of gain in a weekend on trail is a wonderful weekend for me, and to have this start to 2022 feels fulfilling and promising for what’s ahead of me.
