Cal Coast @ Crystal Cove, January 16, 2022

Climbed to heaven with old and new friends from Cal Coast Track Club at Crystal Cove State Park, where we caught plenty of the beauty this spot is known for and provides every time, rain or shine.

After stacking just short of 10 miles with the crew I went off on my own to make my 16-mile quota for the day. Naturally I was happy to push that number even more, felt strong throughout, and was glad to have this run cap off over 28 miles for the weekend.
